Sales Consultant Summary
Effectively communicate with and educate guests on the features and benefits of our products and services assisting them in making an informed buying decision. Responsibilities
Assists guests in making an informed buying decision of our products and services. Handles phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner motivating the guest to shop Wheel Works. Ensure all transactions are handled with honesty and integrity. Demonstrate sales skills and techniques to improve individual and store sales performance. Greets guests on sales floor and determines make, type, and quality of merchandise desired in accordance with the Wheel Works Playbook. Displays merchandise, suggests selections that meet guest’s needs, and emphasizes selling points of article such as quality and utility. Maintains the appearance and image of the store. Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Posses a high level of energy with desire to succeed. Honesty and integrity are mandatory. Traits include being caring, optimistic, persistent, passionate, spirit filled, and systems oriented. Must posses a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record. Write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or teammates of organization. Physical Demands
Stand for prolonged periods of time. Flexibility/dexterity to operate computer keyboards. Regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds Specific for close vision. Squat or bend while lifting a minimum of 25 pounds and possibly up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Ability to enter/exit various vehicles
